Shipping policy

Shipping  

All normal shipping is done Monday through Friday from the Distribution Center(s), except for major federal holidays unless additional shipping services are acquired and arranged by Equip2Supply.  

Shipping Availability by State

Please note: Not all products are available for shipping to every state. Shipping availability is determined at checkout based on your delivery address. If your state is not eligible for a particular product, you will be notified at checkout. For questions about shipping availability in your state, please contact us at support@equip2supply.com or visit our Contact Us page before placing your order.

*Alert - If you received a shipping error during checkout it's because certain categories of products cannot be ordered on the same order because they are shipped by more than one carrier.  Option: 1 is to order separately or Option: 2 is to contact Equip2Supply for a quote and we will provide you with an accurate and include the combined shipping.

Shipping to Contiguous U.S.

• Standard shipping, freight or oversized items shipping inside the contiguous United States are calculated at checkout.
• Expedited shipping will cost additional money upon request.
• Restrictions vary by product and location.

Shipping Frequency - Stocked Items

• Standard shipping is 1-2 business day delivery (it frequently arrives sooner).
• Bulk Shipment delivery times may vary.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays in delivery and any additional fees due to errors.

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for all non-defective exchanged items and a restocking fee of up to 15%.

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received and must include the original packing material.  Any damages not reported on the returned item will be deducted from your refund.  

F.O.B destination for all domestic shipping on orders in USA except for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.  Your shipping cost will be calculated in the shopping cart or prior to submitting your payment information.

Expedited shipping is available at the customers expense with no credit for standard shipping. Cost does not include weekends or holidays.

Currently we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or anywhere outside the USA.

Shipping for Bitflo, LLC Products

• Standard Shipping is 3-4 business day delivery.
• Free Shipping on all orders.
• We can ship anywhere in the continental United States (48 States); excluding: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Internationally.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Amazon Lockers.
• In the case of a return for defective items, shipping charges are refundable with prior authorization.

California Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship the following products to California:

• Tranquility Products
• Ultra Underpads

All other products are unavailable for shipping to California. If you have questions about California shipping availability, please contact us at support@equip2supply.com or visit our page.

• We can ship anywhere in the continental United States (48 States); excluding: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Internationally. Please note that shipping to California is limited — see California Shipping Restrictions above."
• In the case of a return for defective items, shipping charges are refundable with prior authorization. 
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Most orders will arrive within 1-2 business days from when orders are placed.

Shipping of Medical-Surgical Products Supplies (B2C - Drop Ship)

• $7.00 Flat Fee per collection/category of product.  This rate applies to consumers.  Purchases above $75.00 are shipped for free.

*Shipping of Medical-Surgical Products Supplies (B2B - BULK Freight)

• Must purchase >$350 to receive free freight for bulk orders to businesses.
• Bulk Freight <$350 requires a quote prior to check out to assess actual freight/shipping cost or whether a discount is available. 
• *These rates apply to business accounts only.

Shipping Cut-Off:  The cut off time for orders placed by E2S is Monday through Friday by 12 noon to be received within 1-2 business days.

Special Orders shipped directly from manufacturer - may require additional charges that is annotated in the product description and normally take up to 5 business days to be received.
